Welcome to Royal Gorge Route Inns! We are pleased to have you as our guest. Our terms and conditions for staying in our beautiful properties is as follows:


RULES

No pets and no smoking are allowed anywhere inside the property or on premises outside the property. Well-behaved children are welcome with adult supervision at all times in our Fairview home. However, only adults 21 and over are allowed in our Greenwood Suites. 


CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel more than 30 days before your first day of lodging in one of our properties, we will refund at 100%. If you must cancel 14-29 days before your first day of lodging in one of our properties, we will refund at 50%. If you cancel between 0-13 days before your first day of lodging in one of our properties, no refund will be available.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT

We take excellent care of our properties and expect our guests to be respectful of our homes while lodging with us. At time of booking, we charge a $250 damage deposit that is fully refundable within 3-5 business days of your departure, provided no damage was done. We do thoroughly inspect our properties prior to and following each guests' time with us.


PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND RULE COMPLIANCE

Our property management team is local and monitors our properties daily to ensure guests strictly comply with our terms and conditions. In the event a guest does not strictly comply, they will automatically be charged a non-refundable $500 fee. This is separate from the $250 Damage Deposit. If damage is done to the property, we will take further action.
